Sara Vitali comes from Italy where she did her Bachelor in Physic at the University of Torino.  She obtained a Master in Astrophysics at the University of Potsdam, Germany. Currently, she is working as a supporter astronomer at the Nord Optical Telscope (NOT) located on La Palma island and collaborating with the Pristine group. Vitali will start her PhD in August 2021 and is mainly interested in the field of Galactic Archaeology,  exploring the history of the Milky Way, its satellites and especially the oldest stars.
