(English) Giorgios Dimopoulos  got his master in Astrophysics from University of Athens in collaboration with the National Observatory of Athens. His interests are mainly the Active Galaxies and the high energy phenomena near their nuclei (AGN). His expertise so far is focused on X-ray Astrophysics, X-ray spectroscopy and the use of data from observatories like Swift/XRT and NuSTAR. He started his PhD in March 2021.
