I am a recently graduated researcher, working on exoplanets and mainly with high-contrast imaging using near-Infrared data
Current position: Former PhD student
Projects:
My current project focuses on an interesting system (Eta Telescopii) consisting of a giant star and a brown dwarf (BD). With several years of data, we are setting possible orbits of the BD around the star and also performing a search around the BD, aiming to test the limits of searching satellites around it, which we call exomoons. For the time we have only one candidate of exomoon, DH Tauri Bb, published by Lazzoni+ 2020. We are performing similar searches around other objects, including Eta Telescopii B, the BD. My objectives, apart from this publication, are to continue performing high-contrast imaging in systems, trying to discover and characterize planets and exomoons.
