“This year in particular, this phenomenon is interesting because we are also at a maximum of solar activity, which means that its corona, its atmosphere, is larger, more active. There will probably be some incredible photographs of totality, where that corona will be clearly seen around the moon and it should be even grander than the eclipses we have had recently,” said the astronomer and coordinator of the UDP Institute of Astrophysical Studies.
