Jacob Elford

Postdoctoral Researcher

I am a postdoctoral researcher in the HEROES team where I am studying the active supermassive black holes in the centers of galaxies to understand their underlying accretion mechanism and how they interact with their host galaxies.

Projects

I am currently a member of the HEROES research team where I am studying the variability and the multifrequency emission from nearby AGN to understand the underlying accretion emission and accretion mechanisms.

Highlights

Member of the WISDOM and CARS collaborations where we are studying the connections between AGN and their host galaxies.
