Keerthana Jegatheesan

PhD candidate

Keerthana Jegatheesan, from India, is particularly interested in the field of galaxy formation and evolution. During her masters in Marseille, she was involved in exploring an unsupervised machine learning algorithm to predict star formation rates of galaxies in the COSMOS survey. Now, she is looking looking forward to delve into Integral Field Spectroscopy to study the stellar populations of galaxies and their morphological transformations. In her spare time, she can be found curled up with a good book and a cup of tea.
